Job description:
Instant Mudra is fundamentally changing how Financial Service and Fintech companies work. Risk and compliance play an integral part in building a solid foundation for the company and our products. We have software that interfaces with Fintech companies, financial services providers and financial institutions. Because of our partnerships with financial service providers our risk/compliance operations efforts are extremely important and continuing to evolve rapidly. This is where you come in.
Roles and responsibilities:
- Design and own product roadmap. Ensure steady execution of product life cycle processes from idea to final launch
What excites you
- Performing KYC validations for new customers
- Conducting Enhanced due diligence on assigned customers to identify high risk accounts
- Completing searches utilizing Internet sources and/or third-party vendors to identify fraud signals and capture other relevant information
- Creating reports for KYC, OFAC and other due diligence findings
- Analyzing trends and patterns to help categorize risk and ultimately catch bad actors
- Communicating effectively with customers, peers and management when requesting for information or documentation, and addressing concerns or findings
- Partnering with the sales and growth teams to conduct compliance searches for new customers
- Working cross-functionally to articulate KYC and EDD processes and progress updates
- Help build and automate processes
What excites us
- 1+ years of relevant compliance, risk, or operational experience with a specific focus on financial services
- Experience in conducting KYC/EDD and/or other risk operations
- Strong familiarity with a range of relevant technical concepts
- Creating reports for KYC, OFAC and other due diligence findings
- Clear and polished communication skills; experience in a client-facing role is a plus
- Strong analytical, prioritization and organizational skills
